Lauren Brock
Founder & CEO

Lauren Brock stands at the intersection of crisis management, humanitarian aid, and high-profile advocacy. With nearly two decades of experience spanning global crisis zones and Hollywood's elite circles, she brings rare expertise and calm in navigating complex situations with composure. As founder of The Advocacy Group, she provides distinguished case management services. Her work combines sophisticated business acumen with deep therapeutic knowledge and unmatched expertise in mental health conservatorship, and navigating family court systems.
Foundations in Direct Service
In her formative years, Lauren immersed herself in frontline advocacy work with GettLove, an organization that evolved from a breakfast program into a comprehensive case management day center. Through this intensive work with the most vulnerable populations, she gained rare insight into the complexities of foster care, family court systems, and conservatorship. Her time serving women and children in crisis deepened her understanding of social service navigation and shaped her uniquely effective advocacy approach.
Global Crisis Management & Humanitarian Work
Lauren's dedication to helping others has put her amidst some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable. She traveled to Haiti following the devastating 2010 earthquake, where she joined the humanitarian effort to rebuild and recover. This launched a humanitarian career spanning multiple continents, including crisis response work in Iran, Turkey, Lebanon, Tanzania, Ethiopia, the Congo, and Kenya. Confronted with extreme situations—including civil unrest and natural disasters—Lauren learned to remain calm and focused under intense pressure.
These experiences have given her the ability to de-escalate and diffuse moments of intense crisis for clients, applying her honed crisis management skills to support individuals during their most vulnerable times.
"Those experiences taught me that no matter how dire the situation, staying centered on the goal can mean the difference between despair and hope."
Industry Leadership & Innovation
While serving her community with advocacy efforts, Lauren was simultaneously building a successful career in the entertainment industry, collaborating with icons like Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre. These experiences honed her ability to navigate high-profile relationships with discretion and professionalism.
She went on to launch her own production company and later founded Midnite Dreamer, a conscious apparel line partnering with nonprofit organizations, which exemplifies her commitment to creating businesses that give back to the community.
The Advocacy Group Project
Recognizing a critical need for accessible, high-quality services, Lauren established The Advocacy Group's nonprofit initiative to subsidize treatment costs for individuals committed to long-term recovery when traditional resources prove insufficient. This commitment to service, combined with her ability to create genuine connections through compassion, enables Lauren to serve clients from all backgrounds while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Lauren's exceptional ability to navigate complex systems, manage crises, and facilitate lasting change has established her as a preeminent advocate in the field of addiction and mental health services. Her unique background bridging humanitarian aid, entertainment industry leadership, and clinical expertise enables her to provide unmatched advocacy services for families navigating complex challenges.
