Carrie Ray is an experienced Operations Manager in the Addiction and Mental Health field with over two decades of dedicated service. As a CADAC and a proud member of CCAPP, she brings expertise and commitment to the forefront of her work. With over 25 years in her own recovery, she is able to empathize with and relate to clients and their families that allows for a level of trust to develop right from the start.
Her exceptional ability to anticipate the needs of her team has been instrumental in achieving success in challenging situations. Carrie’s keen eye for detail and notable problem-solving abilities allows for the company to run smoother so that the focus can remain on what is most important - the clients and their loved ones.
Through her dynamic leadership, strategic planning and commitment to compassionate care, Carrie has consistently exceeded expectations, making a profound impact on the lives of clients and the overall Addiction and Behavioral Health community.
In her spare time, you can find Carrie pursuing her passion for music by belting out iconic tunes as the lead singer of an 80’s rock band in the vibrant Los Angeles music scene.
